No Portal SAP, algumas funções e chamadas que utilizam JCO retornam o seguinte erro:
com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Select one of the installed languages
Neste caso, deve-se verificar o profile de instancia da instancia ABAP e verificar o parâmetro zcsa/installed_languages
